Before real estate, I worked as an international contracts manager, negotiating high-risk, high-value design and development contracts. That experience taught me to think strategically, negotiate confidently, and protect my clients’ interests as if they were my own. Today, I bring that same level of professionalism and precision to every transaction — ensuring no detail is missed and every decision is made with purpose.

I help first-time buyers understand the foundations of homeownership and connect them with available information and programs that make those first steps achievable. I also work with investors — from those buying their first income property to experienced landlords with multiple doors — to uncover high-performing opportunities and great deals with strong cash flow potential.
