Nicole Schell

"An Oxford County native raised in Embro and later Woodstock, brings a deep-rooted connection to her community and a passion for real estate. After earning her Honours Bachelor of Arts at McMaster University, she unexpectedly ventured into entrepreneurship with Colie Cakes, delighting clients with her baked creations for nearly a decade. Following a stint in New York City, Nicole returned home with her husband Dave, establishing roots in 2016 and now raising their three sons, Henry, Archie and Cal.

Alongside her entrepreneurial spirit, Nicole also co-founded White Wood Staging, a home staging business that showcases properties to their fullest potential. With a lifelong love for real estate and a career marked by exceptional customer service, Nicole is dedicated to helping others find their ideal homes in the community she cherishes.
